JULIA HEUER
Julia Heuer is a designer who has mastered the Japanese tie-dye technique called "Arashi Shibori" and evolved it in her own way. As head of print design at the Swiss textile company Jakob Schlaepfer, she received orders from major brands such as Christian Dior and Comme des Garçons, creating a number of unique prints before branching out on her own. Her designs are characterized by prints with dynamic compositions and delicately pleated items, each piece made by hand by artisans.
