My main work, the goblet, is inspired by rock balancing, a technique in which stones are piled high in a river.
The hand-shaped goblet is dyed with familiar flowers.
Like stacked stones, we carefully create a shape with balance in mind, and enjoy the different charms of the texture of the glazed and baked parts, the difference in the color development of the dyeing, the color of the overlay, and the texture of the glass. Produced so that you can enjoy it.
